摘要
以中国内蒙扎赉特旗油砂为例,利用有机溶剂抽提的方法测定油砂含油率,并通过实验及抽提溶剂的性质等确定了最佳实验操作条件。实验结果表明:选用120#溶剂油为抽提试剂,在抽提温度为115℃、抽提时间为3.5 h的条件下,可有效的把油砂油从油砂中抽提出来,从而根据重量法测得油砂油含率。该方法同时可适用于对油泥油含率的测定。
Example for oil sands of Inner Mongolia,the oil content was determined by solvent extraction. Meanwhile the optimum experimental conditions were proposed by experiment and properties of the oil and solvent. The result showed in the conditions of 115 ℃ and 3. 5 h the oil sands were effectively extracted to obtain the oil content in the presence of 120^# solvent naphtha as extraction solvent. The method is still used to determine the oil content of oil soil.
