摘要
从黄花烟草(Nicotiana rustica L.)的叶肉细胞获得大量有活力的原生质体,并成功地将叶肉原生质体培养出再生植株。同时就烟草叶肉原生质体的酶解条件、培养方法及培养基中的激素组成等因素对植株再生的影响进行了研究和探索。
Large amount of viable mesophyll protoplasts were isolated and whole plants from mesophyll protoplasts were obtained by using Nicotiana rustica L. leaf material. Some factors affecting plant regeneration were also studied such as the conditions and methods of tobacco mesophyll protoplast isolation and callus differentiation.
