摘要
目的观察CCR6/CCL20在乳腺浸润性导管癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的作用。方法应用Westernblot检测55例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者标本中肿瘤组织、邻近正常组织以及淋巴结转移组织中CCR6/CCL20通路成员的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中CCR6/CCL20表达水平明显增高分别为正常组织的3.6、2.1倍(P〈0.05,P〉0.05);CCR6表达水平与腋窝淋巴结转移相关(P〈0.05)。结论趋化因子受体CCR6/CCL20表达可能在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the potential role of CCR6/CCL20 in axillary node metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods Tissue samples were collected from 55 patients with breast invasive ductal eareinoma representing various elinieopathologieal parameters. Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of CCR6/CCL20. Results CCR6/CCL20 protein level was increased in breast cancer as compared with adjacent normal tissue, with the median value being 3.6 and 2.1-fold re- spectively ( P 〈 0.05, P 〉 0.05 ). It was found that overexpression of CCR6 was related to lymph node in- volvement in breast cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Overexpression of CCR6/CCL20 may play an important role in axillary node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
