摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展和招生规模的扩大,高校辅导员面临着严峻的考验和挑战。新时期辅导员要走出职业角色定位的误区,拓展新角色,实现三个转变,以实现辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化、专家化。
As our higher education is developing and the extending, college counselors are facing the severe test and challenge Counselors in new period should escape the incorrect understanding of professional role. They should expand new role and bring out three transformations. The specialization of professionalization of counselors will eventually come true .
