摘要
报价是承包企业在工程投标中关注的一个重要问题。投标策略和投标技巧关系到承包商的最终利益,本文利用支持向量机(SVM)对投标报价进行分析,为承包商投标最佳报价提供参考。算例表明相对其他对比方法,支持向量机有着最佳报价决策的能力。
Bid decision-making is a critical activity for a contractor for its uncertainty and complexity. In the bidding procedure of construction, how to select the factors from that have great affection on the bidding result to make the optimum decision is a key problem. The paper proposes a way based on the technique of support vector machines （SVM） to solve the problem. The simulation indicates that the SVM has much better generalization ability than the compared methods.
