摘要
目的：探讨高龄胃癌患者围手术期的护理。方法：对我院自2000年7月~2006年7月收治的114例70岁以上胃癌手术患者进行回顾性列队研究。结果：114例高龄胃癌患者中有并存病79例（69.9%）,术后并发症（20.2%）,病死率3.7%。结论：胃癌患者并存病多,术后并发症发病率高,做好围手术期的护理,可以控制并存病,降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss the nursing of elderly patients with gastric cancer during the operation period. Method 114 gastric cancer patients over the age of 70 with surgery in our hospital from July 2000 to July 2006 were analyzed with LAB Research. Results 79 eases （69.9%） with concomitant diseases before the operation, 30 eases （20.2%） with complications after surgery, and the ease fatality rate was 3.7%. Conclusion The elderly gastric cancer patient coexists many diseases, with high incidence of postoperative complications, and the excellent nursing care during the operation period can control the concomitant diseases and lower the incidence of postoperative complications.
