82例胃癌根治术患者围手术期的观察与护理 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胃癌患者围手术期的护理策略。方法对82例胃癌患者的护理进行回顾性分析和总结。结果患者安全渡过围手术期,术后无严重并发症发生,并发症发生率低,其中并发消化道出血2例,胃排空障碍2例,腹腔感染1例。均治愈出院。结论提高护理人员对病情发展的预见能力和分析能力,加强胃癌患者围手术期的护理,在术前做好心理护理和术前准备工作,术后严密监测生命体征,观察病情变化,做好呼吸功能的维护和营养支持,注重引流管的护理和并发症的观察,做好基础护理,对手术的成功起着至关重要的作用,可以促进胃癌患者早日康复。
