Synthesis and Characterization of Mordenite Nanocrystal

摘要 在水热条件下制备丝光沸石的纳米晶.研究了合成条件、不同添加剂、动态晶化等对沸石粒径的影响.结果表明,反应物中较高的碱度,较低的晶化温度,加入NaCl和Na2SO4金属盐做成核助剂,及动态晶化有利于纳米丝光沸石分子筛的合成. Nano-sized mordenite with average particle size less than 100 nm has been hydrothermally prepared. The factors that influence particle size are also discussed , such as the synthesis parameters, different additive and agitation crystallization. The results indicated that higher molar ratio of NaOH/SiO2 and lower crystallization temperaLure, the addition of NaC1 and Na2SO4 to the system, as well as the agitation crystallization are favorable to formation of the mordenite with small particle size.
