摘要
提出一种新的X射线衍射定量相分析方法,解决了无法得到待测晶相标样时,合成分子筛结晶度的测定问题.通过透射吸收法测定待测试样的质量吸收系数,测定的结晶度只与待测试样的衍射强度和相的质量吸收系数有关,并采用最小二乘法进行了回归分析,降低了误差.
A new method of the quantitative phase analysis by X-ray diffraction is presented. The methodcan determine the crystallinity of synthetion molecular sieve with no standard phase added. which is usedto determine the mass absorption coelliicient of the Samples. The determined crystallinity is only related tothe diffraction intensity of the samples and mass absorption coefficients of the phases. The least squareregressive analysis is also adopted to decrease the testing error.
