摘要
采用盐酸和硝酸溶解样品,选择220.351 nm波长作为分析线,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定中低合金钢中微量铅。通过选择干扰小、灵敏度高的分析线,使用与分析样品基体相接近的标准样品作工作曲线和控制一致的分析条件,克服了物理干扰和基体效应的影响。本法的检出限为50μg/L。对铅质量分数为0.087%的低合金钢样品测定12次,得到相对标准偏差为0.57%,加标回收率为97.4%。方法可用于中低合金钢中微量铅的测定。
Micro lead in mid-low-alloy steels was determined with inductively coupled plasma atomic e- mission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The wavelength of analytical spectrum line was 220. 351 nm. HC1 and HNO3 were chosen to dissolve the sample. By selecting the analysis line with little interference and high sensitivity, using the standard sample with similar matrix to draw working curve and controlling the uniform analysis conditions, this method overcame the influences of physical interferences and matrix effects. The detection limit was 50μg/L. 12 determinations for low alloy steel sample with lead mass fraction of 0.087% were conducted. The relative standard deviation obtained was 0.57 and the recovery was 97.4%. This method could be used for the determination of micro lead in mid-low-alloy steels.
