摘要
目的探讨二维超声对胎儿唇裂畸形的临床诊断价值。方法对9例胎儿唇裂畸形的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果9例胎儿唇裂畸形患者,全部经产后或引产后证实,其中6例为单侧性,2例为双侧性,1例为中央性;7例为单纯性唇裂,1例为中央性唇裂合并脊柱裂,1例为单侧性唇裂合并脑积水。结论二维超声在筛查和诊断唇裂畸形方面,具有及时、廉价、操作简便,可多次重复的优点,且准确率高,可作为胎儿唇裂畸形的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of two dimensional ultrasonography in fetal cleft lip. Methods The two dimensional uhrasonography data of 9 fetal cleft lip cases were analyzed. Results All 9 cases of fetal cleft lip deformity were confirmed with childbirth, including six cases of unilateral cleftlip and two of bilateral cleft lip. one case of central cleft lip. There were six cases of one unilateral cleft lip and two cases of bilateral cleft lip associated with hydrencephalus. Conclusion Dimensional uhrasonography examination is cheap, simple, repeatable, high rate of diagnosis and without injury, and can be used as preferred method for fetal cleft lip.
