摘要
区域主导产业选择是实现资源有效配置的有效途径,是促进区域产业结构优化的关键,是加快区域工业化进程的战略举措,对一国或一地区的发展起着不可忽视的作用。基于此,以主导产业选择的比较优势基准为理论指导,针对传统比较优势指数的缺陷,选用技术选择指数对陕西省的主导产业做出了分析与选择,并提出应结合西部大开发战略的实施,充分利用陕西省固有的经济基础和资源,实现产业结构的优化和经济的跨越式发展。
The choice of regional leading industries is an effective way to realize the effective allocation of resources, a key to propel optimization of the regional industrial structure and a strategic measure to fasten the process of regional industrialization. It also plays a role not to be neglected in the development of a country or a region. Based on the above, using the criteria of the comparative advantage in choosing leading industries as the theoretical guidance, we have made analysis on and choice of the leading industries in Shaanxi Province by applying the technological choice index and combining the implementation of the strategy of development of western regions with the shortcomings of the conventional comparative advantage index in view. It is proposed that it is needed to make full use of the inherent economic foundation of Shaanxi Province to actualize the optimization of industrial structure and leap-like development of economy.
