摘要
LaCrO3导电陶瓷是一种能在氧化气氛中使用的高温发热体新材料。本文作者按照实际使用的样品尺寸研究了含Ca+ 2 的LaCrO3导电陶瓷的低温烧结性和导电性关系。结果表明 ,Ca+ 2 含量 <1 2 %时 ,低温烧结的LaCrO3烧结体电阻率明显降低 ,当Ca+ 2 含量 >1 2 %时 ,烧结体电阻率升高。在采用注浆成形工艺中 ,找到了顺利脱模的添加剂和操作方法 ,从而解决了生产大尺寸样品的注浆成形问题。
lanthanum Chromite Conductor is a kind of high temperature heater that can be used in oxidizing atmosphere.In this paper,the sinterabitity and the conductance was studied with adding Ca 2+ It can be known,when the Ca 2+ content<12%,the addition of Ca 2+ can reduce the resistance of LaCrO 3 sintered body,and when the Ca 2+ content>12%,the resistance will go up. To make big size product with casting process,the additive and the way of mould release was given.
