摘要
信息不对称、治理不规范等问题的存在,不仅要影响到集体经济组织运行的绩效,而且有可能使村民的利益受到侵害,从而在根本上制约集体经济组织的生存和发展。创新集体经济组织信息披露制度,减少村民和村委会之间的信息不对称行为,是提高集体经济组织运行绩效,优化组织治理机制的重要前提和关键环节。
The problem of information asymmetry existence not only affects working achievement of economic collective organization, but also is harmful to villagers. Innovating the economic collective information disclosure system and cutting down information asymmetry behaviors between the villagers and the village committee meeting, are important premise and key link to improve village economic collective achievement and optimize organization governing mechanism.
