摘要
本文围绕新农村基层农业推广体系建设提出了构建多层次、多元化、信息化农业推广体系,科学核定公益性农业推广人员岗位,活化公益性农业推广体系人才队伍,健全考核择优与聘任上岗制度,建立多渠道的农业推广投入机制等升级对策。
The article proposed the agricultural extension system of constructing multi - level, diversification and information, scientific approving nonprofit agricultural extension staff positions, activating personnel team of nonprofit agricultural extension system, sounding systems of merit appointment and appointment, building multichannel input mechanism of agricultural extension and others upgrading conermeasures.
