摘要
农业部资料显示，我国农村目前出现了近18种类型的专业化合作经济组织和专业协会，覆盖生产、加工、储运、销售、科技等领域，入社农户收入比一般农民多收入10％～40％。但是，农民合作组织大多处于无章可循、无法可依状态，即将出台的《农民合作经济组织法》将对各类合作经济组织的发展起到极大的促进作用。在该法律出台之即，本文将从下几方面对这部法律的相关问题做一探讨。
Statistic data from the agricultural bureau show that, recendy, nearly 18 kinds of farm cooperatives and associations spreading all over in the fields of production, procession, saving, sales and agricultural technology. Members Income is higher about 10% -40% than the ordinary farmers who havent joined the colaws to guide the development of the farm cooperatives, the ongoing published the fiamework law on the farm cooperatives economy will accelerate the development of the cooperatives a lot. At this time, this article will provide some discussion about laws on farm cooperatives.
