摘要
同其他学科一样,管理学科问题的研究和应用受到方法论的支配,有着自己的基本研究方法和研究思路。大量的实证研究是发展理论的必要条件,加强管理学科问题研究中实证方法的运用是提高管理研究成效的关键。针对现阶段实证方法在我国管理学科问题研究中存在的问题和研究者对实证论证方法的认识误区,提出了问题导向和环境依赖的实证研究方法以及基于问题导向和环境依赖的科学的研究思路。
Research and application of management science dominated by methodology like other science has its own basic method and approach. Enough demonstration is necessary condition for developing theory. And the key to improve the research of management is to apply demonstration effectively. In this paper the problem of application of demonstration in management and misunderstand of demonstration is deeply discussed. The way to study the question oriented and condition depended by demonstration is given out, on the basis of which a new research method for management science is founded.
