摘要
ＳＴＥＰ标准是国际标准化组织正在开发的计算机集成制造系统信息集成的产品数据表达与交换标准。以ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＭ系统为背景，开发了ＳＴＥＰ信息集成工具ＰＭＳＳ。为了使产品数据操作方便与灵活，该工具可以对产品数据进行查询、修改及ＳＴＥＰ文件的重构，并提供ＳＤＡＩ接口、Ｃ语言的调用，以及ＳＴＥＰ中性文件的前／后处理器设计手段，使ＣＡＤ、ＣＡＰＰ、ＣＡＭ各功能子系统方便地达到集成与共享。
STEP is the standard for product data representation and exchange which is being developed by International Standard Organization (ISO). It is intended for information integration in the computer integrated manufacture system(CIMS) and other application. Based on the integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM system, this paper presents information integration of STEP tool PMSS. In order to facilitate the operating on the product data, STEP tool provides function to conveniently inquire, modify product data and reconstruct STEP file. It also provides SDAI interface and “C” built in functions. All that have been provided by STEP tool have made good conditions for the designing of pre processor and post processor of STEP file, and make it easy to get the CAD/CAM/CAPP subsystem share integrated product data.
