摘要
本文针对黄体酮透皮吸收过程中，影响黄体酮透过量的促渗剂因素，运用药物透皮吸收的试验方法和数学理论进行了深入的研究和探讨，建立了一个黄体酮透皮吸收体外试验模型，为黄体酮透皮治疗系统应用于临床铺平了道路．
By applying transdermal drug delivery experimental method and mathematical theory, promoter that affects the Controlled Release Progesterone Delivery System has been studied and presented in this paper. We have established a Controlled Release Progesterone Delivery System model, and then opened up a path of TTS applied in clinic.
