摘要
本试验采用ZRS—4型智能溶出仪为体外透皮装置,用紫外分光光度计测得3组药物(1组:黄连+冰片;2组:黄连+冰片+二甲亚砜;3组:黄连+恩诺沙星+二甲亚砜)在30～35日龄仔猪的不同部位皮肤的透过率,以研究不同部位皮肤对不同药物的透皮效果的影响。
We adopted the instrument of intelligent-dissilve as instrument of skin-piercing, and the rates of skin-piercing of three medicine group were measured by ultra-violet separate-light meter. The medicine that we had chosen was Icecube, Coptisroot, Enrofloxaxin and Dimethylsulfoxide, the ventral?abdomen and lumbar skin were from six piglets at the age of 30 days and 35 days.The aim of this experiment was studying the effect of skin-piercing with different medicine to different position of swine skin.
