摘要
本文对4个原生质体融合株(T1、T2、T3和T4)及其亲本糙皮侧耳831和师大的生物学特性进行了研究,同时进行了出菇试验.结果表明:6个菌株的最适氮源、碳源、pH和温度存在着明显差异.出菇试验表明,融合株T4的生物学效率为133.2%,高于两个亲本,是一株值得推广应用的优良菌株.
Effects of temperature, pH value, carbon source and nitrogen source on the mycelia growth of four protoplast fusion Pleurotus strains (T 1, T 2, T 3 and T 4) and their parent strains were studied in this paper,and their fruit experiment was also tested.The results showed that there is a great difference in their biological characteristics.The biological efficiency of T 4 is 133.2%,higher than its parents,and T 4 is a potential good strain for popularizing and applying.
