摘要
在酸性介质中及活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,锰对高碘酸钾氧化还原型二氯荧光素的反应有催化作用,据此提出了催化荧光法测定痕量锰的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.04~1.0ng/ml,检出限为0.013ng/ml.常见离子基本上不干扰测定.将方法用于人发、面粉、蔗糖、扒皮鱼、自来水中锰的测定,回收率为95%~104%.
A new kinetic fluorimetric method has been proposed for the determination of trace manganese. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of reduced dichlorofluorescein with potassium periodate in acid medium in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid as activator. The linear range of the method is 0.04~ 1.0ng/mL . The detection limit for manganese is 0.013ng/mL. There is no interference from most common ions. The method has been used to determine trace manganese in hair,wheat flour, sugar, fish and water sample. The recovery is 95%~104% with satisfactory results.
