摘要
建立通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素含量高效液相色谱测定方法．采用甲醇超声提取；Thermo HypersilKeystne ODS C18色谱柱，甲醇-水（70：30）流动相；流速0．8mL·min^-1；柱温：25℃；检测波长300nm，欧前胡素在0．02～0．20μg内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．26％，RSD=1．41％．该方法灵敏度高，准确性好，专属性强，可用于通窍鼻炎片的质量控制。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablet. The samples were extracted by supersonic with methanol. RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18 column and the mixture of Methanol-Water （70： 30） was used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 300 nm,the column temperature at 25℃ and the flow rate at 0.8mL· min^-1. The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.02 - 0.20μg, and the average recovery was 100.26% with RSD 1.41%. The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It may be used for the quantitative determination of Imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablet.
