摘要 研制的自适应Synergic脉冲MIG焊微机控制系统,用光电码盘提取送丝速度信号,同时取脉冲峰值电压作为电弧电压反馈信号。该系统除具有常规的Synergic控制系统的一系列优点外,还对送丝速度以外的对弧长干扰的各种因素有较强的自适应能力。介绍了系统的控制原理、硬件接口及主程序流程。工艺试验表明,该系统的抗干扰能力强、焊接过程稳定、无飞溅、焊缝成形美观。 A microcomputer controlling system for self-adaptive synergic pulse MIG welding has been developed. The system uses a photoelectric coding disk to sample wire feeding signals and takes the pulse amplitude as the feedback signal for arc voltage. By way of these, the system possesses the self-adaptive capability strong enough to resist the interfevence to arc length for different factors but feed speed. At the same time, it has common advantages of synergic controlling systems also. The principle of controlling system, the hardware interface, and the main program are introduced. The experimental results prove that the system can provide the clear anti-interference performance, welding process stable enough, and smooth weld bead without spatters.
