摘要
研制的脉冲MIG焊弧压控制法单片机控制系统,通过波形补偿方法,可获得稳定的一个脉冲过渡一个熔滴的焊接过程。系统采用积分分离式变参数PID调节器,在焊接电流调节范围内,具有良好的响应速度和调节性能。低碳钢和铝合金的工艺试验结果表明,焊接过程十分稳定,几乎无飞溅,焊缝成形美观。该脉冲MIG焊的弧压控制法具有广泛的应用前景。
The unit-chip ndcroro-computer controlled system for pulsed MIG welding of arc voltage mode has been developed. By the waveform compensation method, stable welding process of one pulse transfering one droplet is obtained. The PID adjuster of integration separation mode has been used in this system, which have good responsive speed and adjust property in the range of welding current. The experimental result of mild steel and Al alloy show that the welding processes were very stable, no spatter, good weld beam shape.
