The author discusses the investment risk control of the real estate development from the prior market research, the investment decision, the planning and design, the bidding, the engineering construction and the completion settlement, points out that the work of the prior feasibility study, the decision and the planning and design should be done well to guarantee the real estate development projects to be carried on smoothly.
