摘要
房地产业是一个高利润高风险行业 ,因此对其投资风险进行评价十分必要。考虑到房地产投资决策的原始信息具有模糊性的特点 ,通过对房地产投资风险的因素分析 ,建立一种适用于房地产投资项目风险的模糊综合评价模型。
Real estate industry is a quite profitable industry accompanied with high risks, thus it is necessary to evaluate its risks. Considering the fuzzy characteristic of the raw information during the course of investment making policy on the real estate, the fuzzy evaluative model of investment item risk in the real estate has been built by analyzing the risk factor of real estate investment t in this text.
