摘要
亲和膜分离是一项兼有膜分离及亲和色谱优点的新型生物分离技术,本文介绍了亲和膜分离的操作过程以及亲和膜的制备,给出了一些亲和膜分离的制备及应用事例,并对亲和膜分离技术的完善提出了一些建议。
Affinity membrane separation as a new technology has advantages of both membrane separation and affinity chromatography. The operation process and production of affinity membrane are given in this paper. Some application example are discussed and suggestions on improving the technique proposed.
