摘要
用扫描电镜、电子探针、x-射线衍射等技术研究了不锈钢着色膜的形态、成分和结构。结果表明,在硫酸锰介质中形成的电解着色膜,存在着网状微观的裂纹,在经40~80℃温水后续处理后,着色膜变得致密,网状裂缝消失。不锈钢着色膜由MnO2、MnO·nH2O组成,属MnO2晶态的次生产物。
The morphology, chemical composition and sturcture of electrolytic colouring coating on stainless steel were studied by means of SEM, EPMA and XRD. Results showed that there were meshed crack on the electrolytic coloured film formed in MnSO4 solution. After treated in 40~8O℃ water,the meshed crack on film was disappeared and the film had become more compact. The composition of colouring film was MnO2·MnOn·H2O,which be longed to progeny conformation product of MnO2.
