摘要
本文研究了预处理,添加剂和温度等对不锈钢化学着色过程的影响。测量了着色时试样的电位-时间曲线,结果表明热水预热、升温及阳极处理均加速着色过程;电抛光降低着色速度。电抛光和阳极处理能提高颜色的均匀性;添加剂(硫酸锰)能加速着色过程,钼酸铵能提高颜色的光泽性。激光处理对不锈钢表面有钝化作用。
The effect of pretreatment, additions and temperature on the coloring process of stainless steel has been studied in this paper. The potential-time curves of colring of stainless steel have been measured. The results show that the coloring speed will increase with the preteatrnent of hot water, addition of manganese sulphate and anodiration, but decrease with electropolishing. The coloring will be uniform by anodiration after electropolishing This work also shows that the addition of ammonium molybdate can improve coloring brightness, the laser play a passivafion role on the surface of stainless steel.
