摘要
研究了TiO2和ZnO的物质的量之比的变化对钛酸锌陶瓷中ZnTiO3相合成量的影响。钛酸锌陶瓷的烧结对原料极为敏感,特别是TiO2;当Ti/Zn比为1.1时,合成料偏钛酸锌的含量最高。钛酸锌陶瓷的介电性能随TiO2和ZnO的物质的量之比的增加,介电常数εr增加,谐振频率温度系数τf从负值变为正值,Qf值降低。
In this paper, the influence of the different molar ratio of TiO2 and ZnO to the synthesis of ZnTiO3 has been investigated. The sintering of ZnTiO3 ceramic is hypersensitive to raw materials, especially, TiO2; When powders of TiO2 and ZnO is in a molar ratio of 1.1 : 1, the amount of ZnTiO3 is absolutely high. With the molar ratio of TiO2 and ZnO increasing, dielectric constant (ε r) increase, the temperature coefficient constant (τf) changes from negative to positive, quality factor(Qf) decrease.
