介绍了业务流程再造的基本概念、特征和原则,指出了铁路物流企业业务流程再造的关键是信息技术的应用。然后结合实例,对铁路物流企业的流程再造进行了探讨。
The paper introduces the basic concept, features and rules of business process reengineering, points out that the key of railway logistics enterprise business proess reengineering lies in application of information technology and discusses railway logistics enterprise business process reenginering with a case.
