摘要
森林保险起源于国外,瑞典、芬兰、日本等国家的森林保险发展水平较高。回顾、总结国外森林保险发展历史与现状可以看出,各国都重视森林保险,政府在森林保险发展中发挥着重要作用,森林保险种类较多,运行机制灵活,组织体系完整。这些特点和成功经验对我国仍处于起步阶段的森林保险具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
With a history of nearly 100 years, the forest insurance started from Europe. Its developmental level in Sweden, Finland, Japan and other developed countries is higher. These countries attach importance to develop their forest insurance which has played a significant role in the forest development. Their common characteristics and successful experience can give our country some useful enlightenment.
