摘要
从动漫产业发展边界来说,动漫产业发展潜力的挖掘需将其发展边界拓展到影视、出版、音像、玩具等其他衍生产业。长三角地区动漫产业的发展现状映射出其背后的政策支持力度和政策倾向。而要在长江三角洲经济一体化大背景下,实现动漫产业发展的龙头地位,还必须考虑加快出台支持、鼓励、保护、激励和规范动漫产业的相关政策。
In terms of boundary, the developing potential require the Cartoon industries to extend its development to television, publishing, audio visual products, toys and other derivatives industry. However, the current development of cartoon industry in Yangtze River Delta region is restricted by the limited policy support and policy orientation. Under the background of eco- nomic integration of the Yangtze Delta, in order to achieve the leading position of the cartoon industry, relevant policies are yet to come out to support, encourage, protect, encourage and regulate the cartoon industry.
