摘要
对旋流器的运行状态监测和故障诊断方法进行了研究,提出了采用加速度传感器监测旋流器堵塞状态的振动监测方法。通过现场试验,优化了加速度传感器的配置,研究分析了信号处理和特征提取方法的有效性。结果表明,通过振动信号的统计分析和频域分析,可以有效地提取旋流器的堵塞状态特征,进而预报旋流器的堵塞状态,为选煤厂的安全平稳运行创造条件。
This paper investigated the operation status method of dense medium cyclone,presents a vibration monitoring method that using the acceleration sensor monitoring the stop up status of dense medium cyclone.Acceleration sensor configuring was optimized and the validity of signal processing method as well as characteristics extractive was investigated via site tests.The result indicated that the stop up state characteristic can be efficaciously extractive by using statistical analysis and frequency domain analysis of vibration signals,so that by method of operation status monitoring and fault diagnosis prediction,the security and stabilization of coal preparation plant can be ensured in practice.
