摘要
新型三产品重介质旋流器是一种先排矸的三产品重介质旋流器。文章阐述了采用不同的湍流模型对先排矸三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟和实验验证,选用RSM模型进行了流场模拟,并与相同工艺条件下的DWP重介质旋流器的模拟结果进行了对比。
The novel three-product dense medium cyclone is a type of three-product cyclone with refuse discharging firstly.The paper illustrates numerical simulation and test proving of three-product dense medium cyclone with refuse discharging by use of different turbulent flow model.A RSM model was selected for simulation of flow field and compared with the results obtained from simulation of DWP dense medium cyclone under same process condition.
