摘要
目的:观察中药人工泪液对家兔干眼的疗效。方法:摘除家兔泪腺和Harder腺制成兔干眼模型。用中药人工泪液点眼,以羧甲基纤维素人工泪液作对照,记录治疗前后Schirmer1试验滤纸浸湿长度和虎红角结膜着色点数。结果:中药人工泪液组治疗3周和5周后Schirmer1试验滤纸浸湿长度与对照组相比均明显增长(P<0001);角结膜虎红着色点数较对照组明显减少(P<0001)。结论:中药人工泪液能有效改善实验性兔干眼症的症状。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine artificial tear in treating rabbit model dry eye METHODS: Dry eye of model rabbit was made by extraction of rabbit′s lachrymal and Harderian glands, and was topically treated with traditional Chinese medicine artificial tear in the treated group and sodium carboxymethylcellulose artificial tear in the control group Changes of Schirmer1 test and keraconjunctiva rose bengal staining were recorded in two groups before and after treatment RESULTS: When the dry eyes had been treated for 3 and 5 weeks Schirmer1 test wetting was lengther in the traditional Chinese medicine artificial tear group significantly than in the control group( P <0 001), and keraconjunctiva rose bengal staining significantly decreased in the traditional Chinese medicine artificial tear group ( P <0 001) CONCLUSIONS:Traditional Chinese medicine artificial tear can effectively alleviate the symptoms of model rabbit dry eye
