摘要
目的探讨几丁糖治疗干眼症的作用机制。方法将32只家兔(64眼)分为空白对照组、干眼症组、几丁糖组及泪然组。制备干眼模型,几丁糖组和泪然组分别局部点用几丁糖溶液及人工泪液泪然,治疗1、2、3、4周后,观察角结膜外观的变化,同时检测Schirmer试验值、BUT值及结膜组织中Muc-5ac蛋白的变化。结果几丁糖及泪然局部点眼治疗3周后Schirmer试验值及BUT值均明显增加,结膜杯状细胞分泌Muc-5ac增加,与干眼症组比较差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。但几丁糖组与泪然组各检测指标间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论几丁糖治疗干眼症的主要作用机制是通过促进结膜杯状细胞分泌泪液的黏液成分Muc-5ac实现的。
Objective To explore the mechanism of chitosan treating dry eyes. Methods Thirty-two healthy New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups: control group, dry eye model group, chitosan-treated group, and Tears Naturale-treated group. Changes of Schirmer test, BUT and Muc-5ac protein were recorded in those groups before and 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment for 3 weeks, the Schirmer test wetting was lengther and the BUT was longer, the Muc-5ac protein excreted by conjunctival goblet cells was more than those before treatment in the chitosan-treated group and the Tears Naturale-treated group (P^0.05). But there was no significant difference in the changes between the chi- tosan-treated group and the Tears Naturale-treated group (P^0.05). Conclusion Chitosan can be used to treat dry eyes because it can effectively increase the excretion of Muc-5ac glycoproteins.
