摘要
在自由贸易协定和国际教育服务贸易同时迅速发展的背景下,许多发达国家都力图通过签订自由贸易协定来获取国际教育服务贸易上的利益。澳大利亚目前已与四个国家签订了自由贸易协定,在与不同国家的自由贸易协定中,澳大利亚采取了有所区别的策略和条款,以保护国家教育主权,获得最大化的利益。
With the rapid development of free trade agreements （FTA） and international trade in eaucation services ,many developed countries have been trying to seek benefits in education service trade through signing FTAs. Australia has signed four FTAs so far. In the FTAs with different countries,Australia takes different strategies and items so as to protect the country＇s education dominion and draw the maximal benefits.
