摘要
以备战2008年奥运会的国家女子自由式摔跤队39名运动员为研究对象,通过对运动员赛前训练过程中血乳酸、血尿、血氨、睾酮及皮质醇等生理生化指标的测试和分析,全面把握和概括运动员赛前训练负荷内容及结构的特点。结果表明:赛前训练常用的实战和模拟实战训练强度是增强专项有氧耐力的有效强度;教学比赛的强度是有效的耐乳酸训练的有效强度;优秀女子摔跤运动员的一个完整赛前训练在4~6周之间;赛前训练负荷安排总体上呈现训练强度增加,训练量逐渐降低的趋势。
39 woman wrestlers from Chinese National Free Style Wrestling Team in preparatioa for 2008 Olympic Crames are taken into the study. Through test and analysis on wrestlers' biochemical and physiolngical index in corrtpetition preparation training such as blood lactic acid, hematuria, blood ammonia, testosterone and corfisol, the study tries to master and summarize the characteristics of the content and structure of wrestlers' training load. It shows that 1) those common strength in pre-competition match and mock match is an effective strength to improve special oxygen endurance; 2) the strength of teaching match is an effective strength to endure lactic acid training; 3 ) a total pre-competition training for an elite woman wrestler lasts 4 to 6 ,weeks. 4) pre-competition training load tends to increase in strength and decrease in amount in general.
