摘要
目的观察应用胶原蛋白海绵贴敷治疗儿童及青少年鼻出血的疗效。方法将80例儿童及青少年鼻出血患者随机分为2组:胶原蛋白海绵贴敷治疗作为治疗组共40例,明胶海绵填塞作为对照组40例,对2组患者的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为60%,经x2检验显示两组间疗效差异有显著性意义。结论应用胶原蛋白海绵贴敷治疗儿童及青少年鼻出血有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of using collagen sponge dressing to treat children and adolescent with epistaxis. Methods Divide 80 children and adolescent with epistaxis into two groups at random. 40 cases as treatment group by collagen sponge dressing and the other 40 cases as control group by gelatin sponge packing, then compare the efficacy to the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group is 98%, and that of control group is 60%. The difference of efficacy between the two groups is shown to be remarkable by x^2 test. Conclusion To make use of collagen sponge dressing to treat children and adolescent with epistaxis has better efficacy.
