摘要
目的探讨特种职业对群体心理健康的影响。方法用SCL-90、SAS、SDS对广西某武警消防支队256名战士进行测试并进行分析。结果(1)SCL-90测试结果,有21.9%的武警消防战士存在各种明显心理健康问题;(2)SAS、SDS测试结果,武警消防战士中有7%和25.8%分别存在明显的焦虑和抑郁症状;(3)武警消防战士SCL-90测试结果与中国军人常模组、全国常模青年组和全国常模比较,有其特殊的心理特点。结论特殊的职业及工作环境与其特殊心理特点的形成有关,掌握武警消防战士的心理状况,对避免发生不良事件有重要意义。
Objective To explore the influence of special vocation on the psychological health of fire fighters. Methods Using self checklist 90 （ SCL-90）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （ SDS）, test and analysis were carried out on 256 fire fighters of Guangxi autonomous region. Results （ 1 ） According to SCL-90, there were significant problems of psychological health in 21.9% of the fire fighters. （2） The rates of significant anxiety and depression were 7.0% in SAS and 25.8 % in SDS. （ 3 ） The SCL-90 test outcome of the fire fighters differed from that of norms of PLA, national young group and national ensemble, which indicated that they possessed distinct psychological activities. Conclusion Special vocation and work environment exert an influence on the formation of psychological feature, which needs understanding so that the bad events can be avoided.
