摘要
以某一轿车发动机液阻悬置橡胶主簧为研究对象,探讨了橡胶隔振器弹性特性的有限元分析方法。主要介绍了橡胶材料本构关系的基本理论,应用ABAQUS软件建立了橡胶有限元模型分析过程,计算分析了橡胶主簧各结构参数对主簧静态和动态特性的影响规律,系统阐述了橡胶主簧的影响因素、规律及作用,进而通过对比实验分析了橡胶主簧对液阻悬置的性能影响。有关测试表明,该方法对液阻悬置的实际设计工作具有一定的理论指导作用。
Taking the rubber spring of a hydraulic engine mount for car power-train as an example, the study method for finite element analysis (FEA) of rubber isolator was studied. The fundamental theory for the FEA of rubber component and process of the FEA model with non-linear finite element soflware-ABAQUS were introduced. The different influence degree under different finite element models and structure parameters was calculated and analyzed. Then the influence degree under different stiffness rubber springs of hydraulic engine mount was analyzed. The effect and influence degree of rubber spring to hydraulic engine mount was reviewed, and a design direction of hydraulic engine mount was given.
