摘要
文章从水力锚结构和工作原理出发 ,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,分析了水力锚在内压作用下对套管的接触问题 ,计算了锚爪弧面直径比套管内径大、小、相等 3种情况下 ,其对套管接触应力与变形 ,优化出同一套管内径对套管伤害最小的锚爪弧面直径 ,对减少套管损坏。
According to the structure and working principle of hydraulic anchor,this paper analyzed the problem of hydraulic anchor touched casing in action of pressure inside,calculated the touch stress to casing and deformation when the camber diameter of anchor fluke is bigger or smaller than the inner diameter of casing or equal to it,optimized the camber diameter of anchor fluke which can do the lest damage to the casing with same inner diameter. It is very practical to decrease the damage of casing and make the casing life longer.
