摘要
采用茚三酮比色法测定茶叶中游离氨基酸总量,确定以茶氨酸为标准的最佳反应条件。结果表明,反应pH为8.0,缓冲液和显色剂的用量为0.5mL,沸水浴加热15min,冷却10min后加水定容到25mL在最大吸收波长570nm处测定吸光度。
The total free-amino of tea was analyzed by Nihydrin Colorimetry. The optimum conditions were investigated using theanine as standards. The results showed that when the concentration of pH value was 8.0, heated time 15minites in boil water, then cooled 10minites and added water to 25mL, finally determined at 570nm.
