摘要
用硅胶柱层析方法从含辣味物质2.4%的黑红色辣椒精中分离得到含辣味物质22.2%的淡褐色辣椒精,从淡褐色辣椒精中分离得到辣味物质的白色晶体。
A pale brown Capsicum Oleoresin which contains 22. 2% Capsaicinoids was madeby using silica gel column chromatography from black-red Capsicum Oleoresin whichcontains 2. 4% Capsaicinoids,and white Capsa-icinoids crystal was separated from palebrown Capsaicum Oleoresin.
