芥菜型和甘蓝型油菜及其杂种后代种子硫甙组成差异的研究 被引量:6

摘要 用高效液相色谱技术分析了芥菜型油菜(Brassicajuncea)和甘蓝型油菜(Brassicanapus)种间杂种后代及其亲本的硫甙组成。结果表明,与亲本农艺性状相似的后代,那么其硫甙组成与亲本亦相似。各后代中疏甙组成与亲本相比,虽发生了不同程度的变化,但都有倾向母本的趋势。芥菜型油菜烯丙基硫甙含量高,2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫甙和3-丁烯基硫甙含量低,而甘蓝型油菜2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫甙和3-丁烯基硫甙含量高,烯丙基硫甙含量低。所以通过杂交和定向选育有可能有成上述3种硫甙含量均低的品种。我们初步育种实践表明这是一条可能创造出低流甙种质的新途径。 The individual glucosinolate in the parents and progenies of interspecific crossingbetween Brassica juncea and Brassica napus was analyzed by HPLC,the results showed that the progenies that have similar agronomic character with parents have similar glu-coslnolate compositions with their parents,although the quantity of individual glucosino-late has changed indifferent level compared with the parents,it inclines to the maternal-There are more singrin and less progoitrin and gluconapin in Brassica juncea,whereas there are less sinigrin and more progoitrin and gluconapin in Brassica napus,soit's possible to get the rapeseed with low content of above three kinds of glucosinolatethrough crossing and directional selection. Our initial practice has proven that interspe-cific crossing,especially Brassica juncea crossing Brassica napus is a new way to createlow glucosinolate germplasm.
