摘要
对PA6-280柴油机的配气凸轮进行了优化设计,提出用高次方凸轮代替原机的组合谐波凸轮.结果表明在运动学特性、气门动态响应及推杆应力等方面均有显著改善。
The distributing earn of PA6-280 diesel engine has been optimallydesigned in this paper, and it is suggested that a higher-degree polynomial eambe used instead of the original harmonic one. The results show that the properties of valve gear will be obviously improved in several respects, such as the kinematic characteristics, valve dynamic responses, and stress in tappet, etc.
