摘要
“教—练—赛”是根据大学生的智力水平、运动能力、心理需求特点及网球运动特点设计的适合普通高校网球选项课的教学方法,实验表明,教学效果显著,发挥了学生的学习主动性,学生的技战术的运用能力得到明显提高。
The teaching method of ＂teaching, practice and competition＂ is designed to fit the teaching of elective tennis course in colleges and universities according to undergraduate students＇ intelligent level, athletic ability,psychological characteristics and the fea- tures of the tennis game. Experiments show that its teaching effect is outstanding; it can bring the initiatives of the students into full play and improve their practical ability in athletic tactics and skills.
