摘要
制作了系列Er3+/Yb3+共掺硅酸盐玻璃,结合Er3+-Yb3+之间的能量传递模型,对Er3+/Yb3+掺杂样品不同波段的发射光谱进行了测量和分析.结果表明,Er3+/Yb3+掺杂浓度对红外荧光强度、半峰全宽及上转换可见光都有显著的影响;Yb3+离子的引入导致Er3+/Yb3+离子单元的等效受激吸收几率增大,使Er3+离子的激活度增加,引起Er3+离子的红外荧光和上转换发光的同步增强.
Series of Silicate glasses with Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped were prepared. With the combining of the energy transmission mode between Er^3+-yb^3+ , Er^3+/Yb^3+ doped samplers emission spectrum at different waveband were measured and analyzed. The result indicates that Er^3+/Yb^3+ doping content has,significant impact on fluorescence intensity, spectrum full width at half maximum (FWHM) and upconversion luminescence. The introduction of Yb^3+ causes that the equivalent stimulated absorption probability of Er^3+/yb^3+ ion unit has dramatic increase, makes the activity of Er^3+ increase, and brings simultaneous strengthen between fluorescence and upconversion emission.
